Important Note About Submitting Site Key
Requests
Issuing of an original Site Key is included in the purchase price
of each Zengar NeurOptimal™ License. Site Keys are an essential part of
the Licensing routine and they can not be reused, even on the same
computer. This licensing procedure is in effect for your protection,
as it verifies your identity as the proper owner of a license to use
Zengar NeurOptimal™ on a single computer system.
Before licensing your encoder make sure you performed all the latest updates to Zengar NeurOptimal™ which can be downloaded from our website.
In order to license your encoder you will need to connect with a MouseCall. If you are not a PASS member, please contact customercare@zengar.com for information on how to connect.
If you intend to upgrade your computer, it will be necessary for you to Unlicense your current system before attempting to obtain a Site Key for your new or upgraded computer, otherwise there will be a $50USD fee for a back-up site key.
If you have upgraded to a new encoder, you will be required to un-license your old encoder. With encoder turned on start Zengar NeurOptimal™ and go to Tools\Unlicense the encoder. Choose encoder number form the list and click on "Unlicense" button. This should generate a file killedlic.txt, which will be located in C:\Program Files\Neurofeed\NeuroCare Pro. email this file to customercare@zengar.com. If this option is not available in the Tools menu, you must connect with a MouseCall.
Unless these procedures and guidelines are followed, the continuity of licensing can not be verified, and this means that we have to consider that a new original Site Key is being issued.
Re-issuing of Site Keys is subject to a $50 USD fee unless specific
alternative arrangements have already been made.
Submitting your request indicates your understanding of the relevant
procedures.
Requests are processed in the order they are received. You should receive an email containing your requested site key within 1 business day (24 hours during the week and up to 72 hours over the weekend).
