Zengar NeuroCARE™ 1.95 Update

This update is a new revisions of the same version 1.95.
If you are a licensed user of Zengar NeuroCARE™ 1.8x or earlier, you will be required to re-install and re-license your Zengar NeuroCARE™.

If you are a Zengar NeuroCARE™ Pro or Remote 1.95 user (and/or a proud owner of a "purple path" CD) and would like to update your Zengar NeuroCARE™ to the ABSOLUTE NEWEST version, please follow the following instructions:

Newest Zengar NeuroCARE™ 1.95 UPDATE (07/17/2007) - Please contact customercare@zengar.com if your NCP2.exe file has a date of 12/05/2006 or earlier. This update will not complete if your NCP2.exe file is dated older than 12/05/2006.

VERY IMPORTANT: Before performing this update, make sure your Windows XPpro is completely UPDATED (uploaded and installed) to the LATEST critical update (not just SP2). This may mean several visits to the Windows Update site. (Start/ All Programs/ Windows Update).

DISABLE WINDOWS FIREWALL (Control Panel>Security Center> Windows Firewall settings). Make certain to update your Norton SystemWorks and Norton Antivirus and run One-Button-Checkup and Virus Scan. Next update your AdAware and Spybot, immunize and scan for spyware. Create a Restore Point and rename your current NCP2.exe to NCP2_old.exe before updating.

If something goes wrong - simply rename the new NCP2.exe to NCP2_new.exe and the old one from NCP2_dd-mm-yyyy.exe to NCP2.exe reversing the update. Do NOT go back in Restore Points without consulting Zengar NeuroCARE™ Technical Support. Failure to successfully update indicates a "local system issue" such as - not completely updated Windows XP Pro, presence of other conflicting software/drivers, using untested and unsupported computer systems. Please schedule a mousecall to resolve these issues.

This new (07/17/07) update consists of 2 parts:

1. Download and install LabVIEW 8.2 Runtime Engine

2. Download and run NCUpdate.exe
